Here are my amended choices for New Designers - Mainly just cleaning up thumbnails and giving a punchier contrast to the initial sketches. I've also included some business card designs below. I'm thinking of using the top image as the front and then ordering an equal amount of each other design to give some variation to the backs. Let me know what you think!
good stuff, Josh :) I really like the broccoli front for the business card - I wonder if the 'black dot' could go smaller on the reverse of your cards and your urls and mobile number centralised nice and simply beneath it, or alternatively, you align the small dot to the left and have your info beside it - at the moment, the big dot in the middle of the card is having the effect of squeezing your info 'out of shot' and up against the edges of the card. Maybe pop up a few variations of the 'black dot + info' - but it's a yes to your choice of posters and a yes to the broccoli design :)
ReplyDeleteoh - I just re-read your post and I see you plan to have a variation of veg on your business cards - yes that would work nicely, just take another look at the logo side etc.
